Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for lingerie you have ordered and received.

Please be sure that items you return to us are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please let us know the reason for the return.

Remember: Lingerie must ALWAYS be tried on over your own underwear! We reserve the right to refuse returns for items where it is possible that this has not been done.

Please note that returns of hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Returns period is 21 days from the date of receipt. Any returned goods must be received by us within this time. There will be flexibility during the pre Christmas / Valentines Day period to allow for early shopping.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means such as recorded delivery. Lingerie-Luxury will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post. For faulty items lingerie-luxury will refund the postage but for wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items the postage will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you requested a refund, it will be credited back on the payment card, which was used to pay for the original order.
